Either of those drives would be fine, as would most any other mainstream brand. It really depends on your budget, main uses, and how big of a drive you need...

I have previously used both of those sammy's, but also have had really good luck with the WD Black series

The 850 and 860 Pro are really expensive per GB due to being discontinued. The Crucial MX500 is probably your best bet right now for an MLC drive.

i can't rma it myself Samsung guy said. only the original purchaser whom is not replaying my texts, he sold it to me last april 2021 when it came out. I'm thinking I'll get a wd or crucial mx

I don't know what is so funny. Clearly you have never seen one of these (from the official Samsung 860 Evo page) before:

I know they exist because I have one. Some M.2 slots even only accept SATA drives (and more only accept NVMe), although with computers from the last couple of years that is probably very rare.
A lot of people think NVMe = M.2. That is incorrect. That is like saying USB C = DisplayPort.

If you are looking for one that is going to last you a long, long time, I would recommend getting an enterprise (server) ssd. I have an intel one that's been going for several years now.

For a more regular option, I can only speak anecdotally but I've had 3 samsung evo's die on me. I also have 3 adata ssd's which have never died. Adata is not the fastest or most well known, but they are cheap and reliable in my personal experience.

I would definitely recommend a used enterprise SSD, such as the Micron 5200 or 5300 if you have to get a new one (but it will be $$$$$), for a desktop or NAS but I would not recommend it at all for a laptop as the power consumption will kill the battery life. Server/workstation SSDs are not optimized at all for mobile use. For example, the idle consumption of the 5200 is listed as 1.5 W, which is more than twice what a traditional 2.5" laptop HDD uses idle (while still spinning!). I am not sure if the 5200 supports DevSlp and/or slumber at all.

Now very expensive.

Lesser cost if you can find some crucial mx100 series I to have several.

yes the person from Samsung said they can't horror the drives warranty because i didn't purchase it off a authorized retailer basically. I'll try again tho... samsungs site says my drive exp 2024
