To me, it looks like one it's from those random Korean chassis makers, like 3R System, GMC or Tendon.
At first look, I thought it was a chassis from the Clasus "Colour" line.

Looked at the apevia cases and can't find one with the curved side like this has.

The dead giveaway was the expanded metal mesh on the front, and the external drive bay configuration.
