does anyone know what game publisher has the worst customer support

So far the worst I have dealt with is Atari, Electronic Arts, and Activision

with atari being the worst because they have no support period.

I haven't ever tried to reach support for a game, LOL. Now if you had a poll for hardware or productivity software, I'd be all over it :)

I honestly have to say that I've never had to call a gaming (or publishing) company for support, and that my experience with all my hardware suppliers (including Dell) has been excellent.

The only people that exasperate me are phone companies. It's not that they are not helpful, they are just painfully slow in what they do.

Dell is fine for guys like us that know what's wrong and what needs to be replaced, unless you can't figure the problem out and need a new system. I've gone through 4 laptops for my girlfriend from Dell, all factory refurbs that have been worse than her original machine. I finally made enough of a ruckus after 3 months and got her a Studio 15 with 4GB's RAM, 2.2GHz Core 2 Duo, DVD Burner, and an LED Backlit screen. It's about time we got a working computer better than her old 1.5GHz Core 2 Duo Inspiron 1420.

I'm buying an HP.
