Why CPUZ shows northbridge and southbridge?

My motherboard has Intel PCH, but when I run CPU-Z it shows both northbridge and southbridge

Chipset
Northbridge Intel Broadwell-E rev. 01
Southbridge Intel X99 rev. 05

Wasn't the functionality of the northbridge moved to CPU and the leftovers along with the southbridge moved to PCH?

Benchmark Scores Faster than yours... I'd bet on it. :)
Yep. But its still a NB, just integrated in the CPU. PCH = SB... so.......i dont see the issue.

To me, they are interchangeable terms as its functionality sits within the PCH. Perhaps that is incorrect?

The southbridge became redundant and it was replaced by the Platform Controller Hub (PCH) architecture introduced with the Intel 5 Series chipset in 2008. All southbridge features and remaining I/O functions are managed by the PCH which is directly connected to the CPU via the Direct Media Interface (DMI).

They just wanted to add a fancy name to the Southbridge, sort of like Nvidia MCP/MCP-T for Skt 462.

So, how do I read this information? "Northbridge Intel Broadwell-E rev. 01" just means the die or the processor architecture? And the "Southbridge Intel X99 rev. 05" means the PCH since X99==PCH?
