With the rig in my specs, I am going crazy. I am running my Black at 14x200, for some burn in and so my ram will run at 800. Everything is set correctly in the bios. Ram is running at specs, timings/volts. Cpu I have tried auto volts, 1.35v-1.4v. I set up the bios and boot into windows np. AMD OD stability test runs and runs with no errors. I can game, surf, whatever for as long as I like. I reboot the thing and every time my cpu multi has dropped from the set 14 to 13.5. 
I flashed to the newest bios and still no luck, same thing.
Anyone have any ideas?
