I have the latest bios installed, will i be able to use the cpu in my motherboard?

No. That is a Socket AM3 motherboard, the FX 9590 requires an AM3+ motherboard, and a pretty high end one at that as not all AM3+ motherboards support the FX 9000 processors.

The best processor you can put in the M4A78 is a Phenom II 1090T.

I wouldn't risk it. VRMs will go poof as soon as any load is placed on it. Cheapest board you could get with FX-9590 support is this one..

One of the cheapest boards to support it is the 970A-UD3P. lol. Though not officially. Its VRMs will easily handle it as its the same VRM as used on the 990FX boards.

Will it work if i install an AM3+ BIOS on my motherboard? Plus, my psu will not be powerful enough to use it, so i will have to get a new psu to use it.

I'm pretty sure the CPU won't even physically fit in the socket. AMD put an extra pin on the FX processors so they can't be inserted in AM3 motherboards.

You seriously need to just accept that it isn't going to work.

Do you have the money to upgrade to an Intel system or Ryzen or do you have the Money for Replacement Parts
Cause with the ""Should i do it Anyway"" things will probably happen in an expensive "Way"
