What I did was just keep running it, rebooting and increasing the CPU voltage and starting Prime up again and keep doing that (at 3,4GHz) for example until you're stable for atleast 2-3 hours (no errors). Your voltages... When you go too high, do they change colour like green, yellow and red?

Do you have to manually type in the voltage or do you choose options? If so, set the NB voltage to 1.4V and FSB Termination to 1.4V also. I leave SB voltages on auto and just adjust CPU, CPU PPL, FSB Termination, NB and I enable Load Line Calibration.

I can see:
System voltage control
DDR2 overclocking control
PCI-e overvoltage control
G(MCH) overvoltage control
FSB overvoltage control
CPU voltage control

Ah, your BIOS is same as my dads BIOS he had on his Gigabyte P35C-DS3R board. As you increase, the voltages don't change colour? In your BIOS, will it says +0.1V and 0.2V etc?

My Q6600 @ 3.2 and my 260 max anything out I throw at it, and I also game at 1680 x 1050.

Do you really need the extra heat and power consumption for, at most, 10fps over a 260? :ohwell:

Yes but Kyle, when our 260's start not keeping up that 295 should be powering through pretty strong still...though that will depend on NV Drivers and SLI compatability stuff, a big reason why I've stuck with single gpu/single card solutions. And I'm sure there will be situations where it's more than 10fps even in modern games. :D

well there's alos the benefit that if some reason SLI isn't working on a game yet, he'll still get great performance with a chip that's slightly faster tha a GTX 260, especially if he overclocks it
