I have a gtx 1060 asus turbo 6gb
i7 7700
8 gb ram ddr 4
what psu do u recommend between these
MASTER COOLER GM 450
FSP HYDRO 600W

Enermax, Seasonic, XFX, Silverstone

I doubt your system will even draw 300W. That Corsair PSU will work just fine.

Depending on price, any.

EDIT: The FSP or CM over the Corsair VS. The FSP and CM both have 5-year warranties.

Enermax, Seasonic, XFX, Silverstone
I am sick and tired of this bullshit attitude.

So you guys sure the corsair 550W would be really enough ? or should I get the FSP 600W ! what would you do exactly if you were in my shoes ! and thanks alot for the answers it really helps coz im really confused and i dont have a big budget

Where do you shop from? It all depends on how much they cost, but yes that Corsair will be good.

Im from tunisia and that corsair is the most money i can afford now ! but it says it isnt 80 plus certified , is that bad ?

Hi and welcome to TPU, this corsair PSU is not 80+ Bronze certified it's only 80+ White which I think is worse than 80+ Bronze.

If there is any possibility I would say go for this one:
Evga 500w 80+ Bronze

Regards

FSP is one of the old players in the PSU market, and its Silver certified, so I would say, just go for it.

It says on their website that is certified 80+ Silver, I could not find a review for this one (on a quick search) so I don't know what to say, it should work fine with your system.
I had a PSU on my current system that was called High Power Elements Smart II 750w, it was not a renown brand but it worked very well and it still does (I have it on my HTPC)

FSP does produce good quality power supplies, I wouldn't have a problem using one of their products. Personally, I'd go for the 600 watt FSP out of all the suggestions you posted.

Enermax, Seasonic, XFX, Silverstone
and FSP ... it's also one of the major in the league, it's on par with Seasonic and Silverstone/Enermax

80+ no matter the label, for an average user : good to go (and FSP Hydro are Bronze, search a bit before deducing :p ) woops i cross readed .... well Corsair no matter the 80+ label is worse nonetheless, i wouldn't take a budget line corsair PSU over a FSP/Seasonic/Enermax

worse .... nope .... just 80+ is enough the bronze/silver/gold/titanium/platinum is only to make the price go higher  (ok not really but ... well i got some silver some gold and now back on a bronze ... did i notice a difference? nope ... not really, not with my daily usage, tho i'm not an average user if i might say so.)

for the OP well i had a FSP Hexa (still under working condition at a friends place) it's an excellent brand and the Hydro is one of their latest model, you can go for it without any issues.

It is your opinion and I disagree...80+ white is definitely less than 80+ bronze and it could be because they use cheaper components to achieve that. I think karma came back to bite you ;)

those fortron/FSP are great quality PSU's. id personally take one over a Corsair in many circumstances.

nope .... it's a Seasonic M12II, even as a bronze they don't cheap out on it :p and since i never had any issues ... nope Karma didn't came back to bite me...

nah ... it depend on the brand ... ofc a noname 80+ is crap
but the rating does not matter a lot for an average user, with a good and reputable brand, seek more information on that matter

so you are trying to say that seasonic are worthy and yet seasonic are not worthy to be in the list
well Seasonic might be the OEM for XFX ...., but not all model :p (just like Corsair)
ohhh full OEM ok ... oh well i retire the XFX not worthy ... (well XFX is not one of my favourite brand either way ... thanks to their graphic card line  )

You're contradicting yourself in all these posts and that says all I need to know about your actual knowledge :)

are you cross-reading .... where did i say i had issues? i'm not contradicting myself ... 80+ reputable brand : OK, 80+ noname brand : NOT OK, it's the brand that does the quality of the PSU

reade the part

I am not sure why you think I don't know the difference between certifications(titanium , platinum, gold, silver, bronze etc) The only thing I've said is that the Corsair PSU was not Bronze certified and that 80+ Bronze is better than 80+ White...where is the issue???
