Short of the $200 aquacomputer airplex option I can't find a 140mm rad with a res built in. So I wonder if something like this would work:



With this and a cap attached to the raised fill port on the bottom which I would make the top.


The idea being it would act like a tiny t-line. I'd fill it to the height of the rad and leave the extender filled with air. I'd let it run outside the system for awhile and add a few more drops as the air worked it's way up and out and the water level dropped. Would this work? Do I have to worry about pressure or would the hose give/tiny bit of air in the extender take care of that? This would be with the Drive II obviously.
