Win7 driver problems

Win 7 is installing driver even in SAFE MODE!!!!!!!! How in the f#ck do you make it stop this stupid shit? I am trying to put in the new driver and this crap keeps happening.

uNFORTUNATELY EVEN after DOING THAT IT IS STILL INSTALLING IT'S OWN DRIVERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! wtffffgfffffffffff!~i AM GOING TO TAKE A F#CKING HAMMER TO THIS PEICE OF SH&T I guess it's time to do yet another restore and I guess I dont get to update my own drivers. F@ck win7 at least vista would let you do your own drivers

It has to install a small driver to allow your card to work until you install the full driver of your choice.

Software Windows 10 Pro x64
1.) Unplug the network card.
2.) Run Driver Sweeper in safe mode to remove all video drivers.
3.) Reboot the Computer.
4.) Install the driver you want.

or

1.) Just let it install the basic drive it wants to install.
2.) Install the driver you want over it.
3.) Realise it doesn't matter that it installed a driver first, you can install whatever driver you want afterwards.
