Windowed Mode TPU Advertisement problem

When you run a windowed web browser and go on TPU, the banner goes over the TPU logo, I think it should be the other way round.

I have a feeling the advertisers would disagree. They probably make everybody code like this.

this has been brought up before, basically the ads have priority since they bring the site much needed income, and the TPU logo doesnt.

Happens at low resolutions also, anything below 1280x*.

I never really worried about it since, as said, the ads keep this site going.
