Anyone recommend a good Windows 10 FPS in Game Monitor? FRAPS seems to have not been updated in some time.

Just in case, Steam, Origin and Battle.net all have in game FPS counters now.. You just have to find the option to enable them.

Uplay as well. I didn’t know about Battle.net is it the settings? I’ve been using the new AMD overlay for Destiny 2

I do not want to contradict you but MSI Afterburner + Riva tuner it is one of the best FPS counters.

Steams FPS is way way too small to even be able to read while gaming. Just a friendly heads up.....

If you have a Nvidia card you can use GFExp overlay to show fps.
Or Radeon Adrenalin Overlay for AMD.

It is smaller in size, but that's not necessarily a bad thing either. I don't want it to disrupt my game experience. I always thought FRAPS did just that.

Steam does have a high contrast feature for those who want it to stand out more.

MSI Afterburner + Riva tuner OSD is adjustable for size. Steams I myself can not even see what the read out is high contrast or not. Good luck though in your pursuit.
