First of all you should be kind and post us here all your hardware/cpu/gpu/ram/psu/hdd.....
then I will suggest if you can install open hardware monitor and pls. do some benchmarking(Intel burn test, passmark, unigine valley) so that we can see how you PC handling that and what are the temperature of your components after heavy loads....

Take a look, high stress max 75c
Ok thats was just 1 pass right? When you do Intel burn test do 10 runs(last around 10 min)but anyway I doubt it´s your cpu that is the problem it´s more likely that if you have an hardware problems that is you GPU,HDD,or RAM that is way is important to do testing first.....also pls install HDD Sentinel and see the state of your HDD/SSD drive......after that install passmark and do complete test so that we can see results, pls. leave hardware monitor on so that we can see your max temps

i got this with one of my drives. I will try to defrag it
Well defrag want going to help you with this srry......I suggest to backup any important data from that drive and after that you can remove that HDD from your PC,also I guess that now we establish the reason why your computer freezes, probably the game you played when you experience problems was installed on that dying HDD right?

Ok but still this HDD can cause your PC to Freez....certain program like anti virus that do scanning in the background or even disk defrag that do usual defrag on schedule.....either way just disconnect that HDD from your mobo and see if the problem still exist......

Try uninstalling and reinstalling your video drivers, and lower the overclock on the 780Ti

You are having input device issues. You would have no movement if your system froze up

Check device manager, possibly look for into a firmware upgrade. It seems your USB input devices are either losing connectivity or priority for some reason or another.

You might also check Event Logs to see if there's any errors occurring during the time you're gaming and this issue happens.

I would look at updated drivers, firmware upgrades, you might even try loading optimized defaults in your UEFI/BIOS to see if that resolves any issues. If you're on 10 and you're running EHCI compatability for Windows 7, that shouldn't cause issues...but could be.

Have you tried different USB ports? Try USB 2.0 ports, try front panel ports, etc.

When this occurs, and you press Alt+Tab can you change what application you are "focusing" on?

I did read somewhere with a user on Win10 that had a similar issue, had to change their input language to English-US to resolve it.

Another thing to look at is power saving for USB, though honestly that shouldn't cause issues here it very well could be.

Might need to get another mouse or keyboard or both, worst case is the motherboard.

Do you have them plugged into the back of the motherboard directly?

Ok remove them, replug them, make sure to have them in usb 2.0 jacks

The only time input devices have issues is if the OC is too hard, devices or motherboard are failing.

Any spare input devices try them if the same your board may have failed

Ok remove and replug them, remove the driver software for them too, reinstall them, try different jacks, even try different devices, if no change the board could be screwy.
