Windows 7 ethernet drivers

I just went from Windows 7 RC to the release and now my ethernet controller is not working. It did when I was using RC. I try and install the drivers through the troubleshooter and it doesnt find any driver eventhough I know they are there. I also have an seperate ethernet card and it doesnt detect that either. I flashed the mobo (striker ii formula) with the newest BIOS, installed the new chipset and nothing has worked. Any ideas?

Have you tried using Vista drivers for it? It could work.
Also, as obvious as it may seem, have you tried going to Asus website to see if there are drivers for it?

Try to install back everything if it does not work after then itsounds to me like a dead ethernet card. Could be rare but shit happens.

Did you do an upgrade from the RC, or a clean install?

upgrades in 7 pretty much are clean installs now - he'll still need to download and install the drivers from asus (or the LAN cards manufacturer)

Got it working, I used older Vista drivers. Thanks for the help.
