From CD or USB?

If it is from the USB, try re-writing the iso to it the memory stick.

it's both usb and dvd

Strange. Did you make the USB from the DVD or from a download? If you made it from a download, try using a downloaded iso file.

It could be also corrupted memory or an unstable overclock. Try installing with 1 stick of RAM, see if that helps.

After searching for the error code - Make sure you have set the date and time correctly in Bios

I recently bought an oem win 7 64bit disk and the dvd came with a defect straight from microsoft. It was giving me an error with lots of 8s and 0s every time I tried to install it and when i tried to make an image iso from it, it just froze at somewhere in the middle. So I just downloaded a new iso from the internet put it on an usb stick with some HP bootable usb software and it worked like a charm.

I have seen on their forums that a few people have had this problem.

You might also add the official Digital River downloads as well.

Yeah from what I have been reading .. sounds like a disc error.
Some downloaded .iso's have had these problems too.
