Windows 8 - delete windows folders in another drive

I have the problem (from Windows 8) to delete the folders windows and programs on a secondary disk on which it was 7 .... know how to get full control to delete those folders?

What are you planning to use the drive for? If you aren't going to need the data on the disk, I would use disk management and reformat the drive. If you are looking to keep some files on the disk, right click the folder(s) you are trying to get into and go to properties then the security tab. From there, it should have a message about needing administrator rights to access the drive. Click continue and it should start applying necessary permissions to the drive. This takes awhile depending upon the amount of data on the drive. Someone correct me if I am wrong here. I haven't done this in a while.

You may not have "ownership" of the files/folders you are trying to delete.
Which can be solved by installing this and using take ownership on the files to be deleted.

the owners utility dont work....non changes

I have tryed many live but on my pc wont start...(every live work on other notebook)

Try right click on folder > Properties > Security tab > Advanced > Permissions Tab > Change Permissions > Add yourself if not added > change to full control

If owners utility worked you should see yourself at Properties > Security tab > Advanced > Owner Tab ... if not add yourself there

Log off, log on

Try deleting the folder

Just run "cleanmgr.exe" in the run command or in a command prompt and select the drive you want to clean......
