Good day. Laptop configuration what involved in problem

Lenovo G500 Laptop

Core i3 3110M 3Mb cache 2,4 Ghz
Intel H76 Mobile chipset
Radeon 8570M + Intel HD 4000
8Gb RAM 4+4 1600Mhz low voltage
1TB HDD 7200RPM
ODD LiteOn
Atheros LAN/Broadcom wireless
Windows 7 SP1u x64 Pro - legacy install mbr type
Windows 10 1709 Home with updates, UEFI install gpt type
I have weird problem what I spotted long time ago on some configurations, looks like incompability with chipset (SATA controller maybe), BIOS and HDD. If I trying to install windows 7 on most HDD - I have errors in log just right after installation, for example these services appear in log Windows Defender Services, Spooler Service, Security Center Service not started/ crashed/ hangup, also 'Superfetch service not started' message appear if I installing on SSD, but seems all fine with it and it happens sometimes on most PC's with SSD.
In Windows 10 errors about services appear too and also from start some not common DCOM errors

in one second - event code 10016 "Registering service 4991d34b-80a1-4291-83b8-3328366b9097 Server did not register with DCOM within the required timeout"

and some repeated DCOM errors, but only previous error specific if I installing system on HDD (except ST1000LM049 and SSD)

another errors not so interesting, it appear on normal installations too (SSD) but x2 times less.

If errors like that more than one or two and error of starting some service happen, I will faced with strange windows bugs, updates not installing, some components not installing properly (directx or video drivers installs, but errors will appear in log)
For example updates what not installing on windows 7 if I use HDD's (tested on new Hitachi 7k1000 7200RPM, WD Black 500 LPLX 7200RPM )
KB40545018, KB4103718, KB3078601, KB3156016, KB3110329, KB3035132 with error 8024200D. I've tried to install updates with 2 waves - up to 2014.10 and all other or all in one time, no different, same errors same updates.

I've tried intel preinstallation AHCI RST driver, tried to change AHCI to IDE mode (compability mode) in my laptop BIOS, no different. That laptop and motherboards where I faced that problem have windows 8/8.1 support BIOS mark and windows 8.1 installs and working fine, I've never believed in such fings - optimizations BIOS for Windows version, but maybe that one of reason why Windows 7 and Windows 10 not installing in proper way. Laptop and Desktops where I faced with that problem have option for UEFI OS optimization Windows 8 x64 / Other OS, I tried that, no difference.
Bug constantly happens on some HDD's, and not happens on one HDD what I tested and any SSD what I tested. I know, I can install system on SSD and do a clone to problem HDD, but seems problem deeply.
Maybe someone have ideas why it's happens? any thought
