i havea small issue with my Win Xp profile.

I rebooted my pc then it hung up just after me clicking my user icon. Then when i reset teh pc and restarted i realize my profile has been reset ...

when i go to c:\documents and setting i see 2 folders "My user" and "My user.my PC name"

how can i redirect the profile to teh "My user" folder

Try "System Restore" to nearest restore point before problem. It should restore it to the way it was.

:toast:

no system restore :(

i smell virus .. my antivirus starts to act weird.

can you not boot in to safe mode and roll back? or have i missed somehing obvious?
