wireless mouse survey: how long do your batteries last?

    i'm trying to find the best overall choice for the longest lasting batteries.

    how long do yours last?

    Got the microsoft wireless intellimouse batteries last about 4-6 months depending on use with duracell

    funny, my MS intell-o-mouse batteries would crap out every 2-3 weeks no matter what batteries I used....went back to usb

    battery only lasts about a day, but there is always one in the charger waiting to be swapped out, so i never had to worry about dead batteries

    I would say 2-3 months using the Microsoft Intellimouse.
    Energizer didnt last as long as duracell.

    But I would say dont bother getting a wireless mouse unless it is a good one that has a rechargable battery.
    I am going to switch back to a wired mouse

    i have the microsoft intellimouse like so many here

    i just changed to my 3rd set of batteries bout a month ago, soo

    november 2005 - march 2007

    = 15 months/3
    = 5 months per set

    but i also leave my computer for about a month every 4 months or so, so 4 months

    and i use it alot when i am using it. also, my receiver is close to my mouse, like 12-18" (no need for farther), so that prolly helps

    Microsoft Intellimouse. I can't remember the last time I changed it's batteries. Maybe last August?

    I have the mx1000 and i get about 5 days of use....when it's fully charged.... good mouse imo
