Is it possible to create a thread in whom we (forum users, site readers ) will post what we want to see in reviews section on site?
For example I am interest for some Radeon 4670 vs 4730 vs 4770 review and there is no one that I can find it on net...

I think that a review suggestion thread would be fine, but you have to remember that the people doing the revieiws have to have a way to get the hardware. That can be through manufacturer sending a new item for review or something they happen to get their hands on, but you can't expect them to go out and buy everything people want to see as they are not getting paid for the reviews.
