Impossibru this daysThat's why I joined TPU, a BIOS mod (to a 9500 non-pro to Pro IIRC) it unlocked quite a few extra shader units and worked great. Got a $400 video card for $250... don't quote me on those prices

RX460 unlocked give 10-15% of OC-performance. R9550 gives you 60% out of the box. 60% its a minimum oc-gained-performance. 250MHz@425MHz for core and 200@250 for mem gives 60%. Core could be clocked even 525MHz and memory 260-270MHz. So 60% could be turned into 80%.
250MHz to 425MHz = +70% core
