Darn, sure like the garage when you have premium. Did my first tank companies today, 30+ playing together is a hoot!

Main change here is I got a tier VI gun now....

I can't get it too. It's not a scout and it's not a TD and clearly it's not for me.

I know I wasn't helpful but that was my experience.

Use it to annoy enemies. Technically you 'flank', but you're not a sturdy but mobile medium, you're a fragile but quick light tank with limited signal range.

It's quite fun actually, if you get to grips with it. Laugh at the KV-4 you're facehugging because he can't depress his gun enough to hit you. Laugh at the Tiger who can one-shot you but struggles because his turret is too slow (and their guns aren't really accurate while the turret is moving), and you end up burning his engine with a point-blank shot at his rear.

Snow, soil, and/or grass suddenly exploding around you is the norm. :laugh:

^^^ +1...... if you approach with the view that getting a shot off at the enemy is a bonus rather than a necessity then you are on the right path, harrass, annoy and spot is the order of the day, you will be able to get a shot off but timing is crucial, wait till the enemy has fired then you can turn head on for the shot, this requires you to ensure your circling is not too narrow otherwise collisions are usual as the thing don't stop too quick.

If you want to start slowly, use it as a peripheral sniper, sneak up fast, take a shot, retreat..... move on, it is fun once you get into it but I agree it can be hard at first.

lol I bought 'just' 2500 of those shells, as well as 150 of those turrets.

And I sold my StuG III, and finally bought a Comet, so I've just essentially halved my credits today.

As was stated in the thread, so I only bought 100,000 credits worth of shells.

Keep in mind the inherent risks of such High stakes-high reward schemes. WG could anytime crack down on this stuff with some hotfix. Let's hope they don't.

How's comet? I sold my StuGIII for Cromwell, I think that tank is a keeper. A bit like PzIV with snipe gun. Got myself a 12t, struggling to use it properly. Or is it a turd? Churchill VII is OK as long as the game doesn't end before you get to the front line.

Obviously too good to be true. In the meantime, I have decided to resume grinding my Tiger P for Ferdi. Still can't believe that I actually abandoned that tank for the the British line, that tank has noob(tm) front armour, and in a pinch it can do almost everything you need. Snipe? Check. Brawl? Check. Defending against pesky lights? Grab a friend and blast it to pieces. In a pinch I can and will brawl with an IS3. Whether I can survive that is another question all together, but I will leave him injured enough. Same goes to Tiger II. Obviously pretty useless against people who knows how to play, but those are rare enough.

On to better things, I've bought a SU-100M1 recently, and I'm kind of liking it. It's penetration isn't very good, but the accuracy and aim time of the top gun are very nice.

Relax Tatty, the deal is broken anyway. WG will refund us the same 85 credits for each shell not 130 like it should be after patch.
