LOL one game was notoriously a 'WTF' game. I managed to deal 1.7k damage with my JagdpzIV even with the lag spikes. At one point I can see my tank is rotating in place...under ground. :laugh:

We lost despite my (and an M6's) efforts. We're the only ones in the team that dealt at least 1k damage.

Did it cover it's costs non premium? I think the European servers are rigged, I cannot consistently cover my costs without premium on anything above tier 8 and it seems to be mainly since 8.5, I can rack up 4 kills and 4000 damage in the M103 and survive (albeit it with little HP left) and still lose 3000 credits

I have a feeling too, ever since 8.5 I can't seem to break even with my Tiger II regularly anymore.

In other news, I sold my Ferdi for an I-Panzer, mainly because I don't drive the Ferd as much as I used to. I miss my long 88 :eek:

It covered my costs because I basically didn't do anything. I only fired 4 shots and did 1k damage (2 shots fired were 500 each, the other 2 were apparently module damage), and no repairs were needed. LOL

I got a lot of XP because of damage while spotting. Almost 3k damage of it, in fact.

And 8.5 adjusted repair costs of most tanks iirc. Now 8.6 will increase profitability of most tanks, and yes, even tier 10s.

The nerf is skin deep. Firing is more accurate actually. And that's a significant buff, offset only by slight nerfs in aiming time, aiming sensitivity, reload time, and mobility.

We'll be getting it (8.6) tomorrow (the 20th).

The gun is just as in accurate as it was more or less.
The biggest nerf to arty in 8.6 is by far the slower shell travel time.
The reason that you don't really notice the nerfed accuracy is most of the time the shell still lands within the splash radius.
Also the new Spall Liner mechanic is an indirect nerf to Arty.

Nice, since 8.6 it's a mixed bag for arty, the old SU14 now the tier 8 SU-14-2 is better in every way, slightly faster, better traverse and gun more accurate, the Hummell on the other hand is worse in every way! The M40/M43 is only half the machine it was before

, I am actually thinking the SU-14-2 may be just about the best tier 8 arty out there now.

The Bison on the other hand. Long shell travel time at low tier is not very fun. :S

I got that german tier 4 thing, the one that looks a bit like a td, can't remember it's name, hard getting used to at first but fun, gun not the best for damage but really accurate and fairly good ROF.

They stated in patch 8.6 that some nvidia issues about crashing were fixed. I haven't had a single crash ect since the patch, it seems to be working! Running 320.18.

Thing is, personally i put very little store in "most" stats because many of them are dependant on team performance, win rates, survival rates etc mean very little. Are there any stats apps that show something like damage done in relation to damage taken?

I am on over 12000 battles and really should pay more attention!
