It's not bad, but even at that low price point there are better options. If you don't care about USB hub and rotating/adjustable stand, you can probably benefit more from an LG or Philips monitor w/ IPS matrix. AOC also has cheap 22" models. Entry-level Acer is OK, but internally it's that same LG, only slightly more expensive.

Either option is gonna be almost half the weight and half the power of Eizo, with much better picture and less strain on your eyes.

Eizo is a good and well known brand. It's just that particular monitor is mediocre TN even if used just for work and/or industrial applications. While it has some good stuff like DP input,USB hub, and adjustable/rotating stand, it's definitely outdated. Just a very-very old model (2011-ish). That's why it's so cheap, maybe overstock from an old warehouse, or even used/refurbished unit. Those weren't cheap when they just came out.
