Hope your talkin $70 US and not Aus!! I think you aint gonna get close even on US dollars apart from maybe a very lucky deal on E Bay as mentioned TBH. Even at 1024 x 768 BF2 requires some revs and if you want to add 2 x AA well....that's money!

OK, done some research for you, in the UK...."Overclockers UK" have a good name, I have bought lots from them and they will ship all over the world, you can get a brand new one of these within your budget if it's US dollars you are talking:

"PowerColor ATI Radeon X800 128MB DDR TV-Out/DVI (PCI-Express) - OEM (GX-040-PC)
PowerColor X800 GameFX Board fully supports PCI Express™ design specifications – the new standard for PCs. With PowerColor X800 graphics you have the ability to send and receive data simultaneously at twice the speed of current AGP 8X solutions. The X800 delivers incredible performance beating all the opposition at this price point. Easily playing the latest released games at maximum detail levels at high resolution due to it''s 12 pixel pipelines and 256-bit memory interface."

- 392MHz GPU Clock Speed
- 128MB 700MHz DDR memory accelerates the latest cutting edge 3D applications
- 256-bit quad-channel memory interface
- 12 pixel pipelines
- Six programmable vertex shader pipelines

I am not sure but this may well be un-lockable/flashed to 16 pipes, you will need to check.
