First I would like to thank the creators of ATI TOOL.
Now on topic I have a Visiontek X1300 graphics card and it has a fan on it but I can not change the speed. Does anyone else have this problem? (If they have my type of cheap card ).
If you are wondering why I need it I want to set it to 100% all the time because I am new at overclocking and don’t want to hurt the card. The stock specs are 450/250 I have overclocked it to 560/366 and have no artifacts. The maxes were 614/388. Have I over clocked too much or am I ok. I played BF2 on high settings for 3 hours strait and it did fine.
