X5600 xt THICC 3 XFX red lights

Hi I'm a frequent visitor to the site and I get tons of useful info from this site also searched a ton and couldn't find an answer. so I recently built a new PC and everything is working great, specs are in my profile. my issue lies when my pc is turned off, there are 2 red LED lights on my card and my cpu cooler, flash red. I have updated the cards drivers, uninstalled and reinstalled them several time but keep getting this issue. I haven't done much in BIOS. I have Display to HDMI cables attached to 2 monitors and each are in an individual port on the card. this only happens when the PC is off. not sure what else to do...kind of stumped here. I can post a pic if a visual is needed.

Cut off the power after shutdown, most quality PSU's have a switch at the back to turn it off.

Or install RGB software for your cooler and GPU.

the issue is really the red blinking lights when the pc is shut off. all the software for my cooler is installed and up to date as well as the GPU software. I believe the issue lies in the display connection cables ordered new cables and see if that works...still frustrating...ugh!
