X800 fuses data for unlocking

I want to bios mod it, but I have no floppy drive and can't seem to get a bootflash drive that works. how can I tell if this one is unlockable? I did see samsung on the mem chips

I believe the above bios is a modded R430 AGP bios off of a sapphire x800gto

X800 XL Revival

Hi guys, i just got a X800XL DDR1 PCI-E that was flashed with bad bios and doesn't seem to work anymore...
what i want to do, is find the bios of the card and then reflash it...
but i don't know which card is it...i got it without a sticker or cooler, just this...

if anyone recognizes the card and has a BIOS of it please send it to me!!!

I base my thought that it is DDR1 from the memory modules that say:

Infineon
DDR SGRAM

it probably IS ddr1 right?

Damn i have to find a cooler too...

Looking at those images i'd say the memory is DDR3. DDR1 looks completely different.

It is strange that there is no power connector on the card.

That bios is for the bog-standard x800xl, with the samsung memory. It should work, just perhaps set tighter memory timings.

P.d.: on the GPU say R430 and X800 PRO, the memory speed is CL1.5 samsung

Sorry for awakening such an old thread, but i bought a sapphire x800gt used for my old comp.

Is there any thing that can be done? i found that there it was laser cut that i can fix, but is there any point?

I breath life in to my old computer to play SC II and it ran fine at 30fps, more is beter .
