X800 mod from 12p to 16p

are there any people who can make X800 from 12p to 16p???
How can do this??? or it's absolute cannot.
My Display is Sapphire X800 128mb DDR 256bits

is no good method for modding that cards.....OC GPU/MEM is only way for increase performance.....

with r430, only thing that u can do is flashing x800xl bios, at mine atitool after flashing framerate is higher with 40 fps, than it was b4 with x800
