Everyone was wondering why Microsoft included a mere 20GB hard drive with the Xbox Premium or as a pricey upgrade to the basic variant. I do not know if they listen to the complains of the users, or planned to do this all along, forcing users to pay up once more, but Microsoft is planning the release of a 100GB hard drive for the Xbox 360. Interestingly enough, the drive will be released to the korean market during the first quarter of 2007. This is a good move as the Play Station 3 comes with up to 60GB of storage. No word on pricing or availability to North America.
