I got a Xeon W1290E CPU with a X12SCZ-TLN4F Supermicro motherboard. I have a problem with the monitor refresh rate.
The board has a built-in graphics ASPEED. The display connections on the board are VGA, DVI 2xDP. When connected to the VGA port, the refresh rate is 1hz only. No matter what monitor I use. Even though the supported refresh is higher, I can't change it. Any ideas how to fix it? I wonder if it is possible to somehow switch off the ASPEED and make the iGPU handle all the video. Some photos for reference.
BTW. I read there's a bug with windows 10 with this but it would seem this affects laptops mostly.
