I tried the 174's a while back, and kept on getting artifacts right out of the gate. I'm going to be installing XP with my new Mobo set up, so I'll see if the drivers work for me then..

remember those modded forcewares? that enabled sli on all chipsets? well i have them the old 8x.xx ones and im modding them to support new hardware if anyones intrested ill start a new thread i have to have some ppl willing to install them on sli and non sli comps though. Im doing this because i know ppl want new ones and the devs seemed to drop off the face of the planet so im willing to continue the work if anyones intrested.

figured out how to get riva tuner to detect these is anyone is intrested

In the power user tab, expand Rivatuner\System and look down the list for ForceDriverVersion, enter 444d (17485 in hex), then ok to exit.
reopen rivatuner and it should be in driver emulation mode

Thats pretty nice right there... just wish it wouldn't just crash on me...

didn't work for me . and i get 2 messages when i open rivatuner .

1st message says cant load RI vaTuner64.sys driver.

2nd message asks if u want to disable driver signing , i clciked ok and restarted but again it asks me this .

then i entered the value u said and clicked ok and restarted riva , nothing .

Beta Drivers are unstable.

I've gone back to 174.74

174.83 was unstable, getting the nv4 dll error.

uninstall riva tuner and reboot than reinstall. make sure its version 2.08 than after you enter those values...it will still say nothing under forceware version and stuff but when you go to the overclocking tab it shold all show up.
