[FS] XFX 750w modular PSU and Spinpoint F3 1TB drive

I'm doing my annual spring part out, to help finance some home improvement projects. Sorry for the crappy phone pics. Here's the goods:

Samsung Spinpoint F3 1TB drive. This drive was used for about 3 months, just for storage. Still under warranty. $85 shipped OBO

XFX 750w Black Edition modular power supply. Great PSU, and received solid reviews when it was released. Right up their with the Corsair HX series. $80 shipped.

That psu is really tempting. I'm actually deciding between that one and another for an htpc build I have planned really soon. I wish it had more molex's (not that there needed). I hate daisy chaining lol.

Yeah, it's mostly about restoring it mechanically to like new, and maybe some performance mods.
