XFX RX 580 FLASHING PROBLEM

I need some help dudes...

I have 2 of them

Verified NOT FAKE

I did contact pad tests both have 100% 1:1 factory specs.

looks like they tried to bios flash on both switches...

RX-580P8DBD6 XFX BLACK ED 1425+ OC+ HYNIX A4C POLARIS20 XTR and that's why I think I'm having a hard time finding a bios...
RX-580P8DFWR XFX XXX ED 1386+ HYNIX A4C POLARIS20 XTX NO MATTER WHAT FLASH NOTHING

I cant seem to find a SIGNED bios

been trying to find cards for my brothers to start gaming on after seeing me play on my 5800X B550 RX 6800 1000W80+Gold I have factory production level experience over 20 years now

TEST BENCH, INTEL G3930 "its crap i know"

750Watt 80+gold

Thank u bud for the reply. but it looks like I have 2 gems, both with weird XTR or XTX+ chip and weird 4000mhz Hynix must of been ram shortage cards even XFX is going WTF... I'm like hey u made em, but its been a good learning experience I'm prob going to have to make my own bios combining both the 1430 for the 113-P20-XTR activator but the tough part they both have higher then normal spec ram... last but not least if the BIOS isnt perfect it wont work properly with WIN10 just FYI i already flash 10+ but these 2 weird.

i know, but I'm doin it for all of us with stacks of cards people flashed improper without knowing sub revision, memory shortage "custom timing tables" and now its end of run left over binned GPU's put onto basic PCB's because its all they had left... but ive mastered all the brands and im going to start making CUstom bios.. gaming mining, I can spec check ram the chip and give u the best timing and power curves.

Well i now know,,, if bios flashing is impossible, after running it threw IR reflow the GPU chips on both popcorned at 454f meaning moisture under the surface substrate... ALSO PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE... STOP running scripts when ur cards stop complete jobs in mining they force it to restart after an error occurs instead of taking it apart and servicing it,,, 90% of the DEAD cards now have BAD VRM and even worse the VRM critical failure welds the traces together making 1:1 repair impossible due to not being flat or on plane with other VRM,,, so thermal paste DRYS UP they keep running it the PCB and power keep trying to run and eventually ur weakest VRM will BLOW ive seen one and I mean ONE 1070 that had a burned VRM that was just component damage and was repaired... so if crashing and super high temps is ur card right now,, SERVICE IT... ive been making a database of the cards so far...

final findings are as follows.

i have serviced all the brands now...

BEFORE WASTING HOURS OF TIME CHECK THE FOLLOWING AND IF ANY AND I MEAN ANY OF THESE COME UP GIVE UP SELLING MOVEON..

WONT FLASH, ERROR 43, MSI,XFX,ASUS,SAPPHIRE,POWERCOLOR,AMD,NVIDIA

DEAD CHIP, VRM , DEAD PCB...

90% thermal paste failure with service but continued operations....

Today, im going to thermall balance a graphics card and report my findings,, aka like balancing a engine, temp check each vrm find the hottest put a thermal pad with better paste on it, same for ram. and mosfets.

NO,,, NO ,,, NO ,,, i already hex checked the bio's only diff is power switch from 6x8 or just 8pin and Fan controller and max power allowed... THATS IT, SO REMEMBER CANT FIND BIOS UR CHIPC ANT FIND FUNCTION... only variants in chips is XTR... and ALL bios have IDs for XTR.

So far its been Dead ram, Dead vrm, Dead PCB... if NO bios works its prob still broken and flashing bios to wrong ram... its been fun.

I have already sold all of the cards that couldn't be repaired within a timely fashion,, so I included instructions and the links for the parts needed in order to restore 100% function...

thanks all of you... here is a good tip,, chamfer the gpu die edges,, after getting a ton of 3090 and 6900xt's that were black screen and hard thread locking, I magnified a reflection graph of the surface on an angle and say little spikes that were flat with the edge,, micro ridges due to super thermal dissipation in that area ,,, 400 grit sand paper,, and gently graze the edges of the gpu chip die like ur taking the edge off a piece of wood.. u will see little tiny metal flakes clean before re applying thermal paste, and welcome to 9c to 15c junction temps on EVERYTHING.. have fun... NITRO out.
