Try manually setting RAM frequency to 3200 and manually change the primary timings to match what the kit is rated for. See if that does it.

Hello

Thanks for your reply. I changed it automatically to 3200 but and tryed to restart it..
"The system has POSTed in safe mode"
This may be due to the previous POST attepmt failing because of system instability. bla bla
If the system failed to POST after you made changes to UEFI settings you may wish to revert to stable setting ot prevent POST failure. Press F1 to Run Setup.

What timings or information should I also change?

Regards

I assume this (CMK16GX4M2B3200C16) is your kit? If so, after setting memory frequency to 3200, you'll want to set the primary timings to those denoted on the package/sticks themselves. If that's you kit, they're 16-18-18-18-36. Under "Advanced DRAM configuration" or something of the sort you can set those manually. Make sure to set your DRAM voltage to 1.35V as well.

Yep, you can see under tech specs on that product page that that kit is also rated for 3200 with 16-18-18-36 timings

I believe the Intel I5 10400 is limited to a max ram speed of 2666mhz if i am not mistaken.
I had that in the back of my mind but thought that was because most of the time you'd be pairing the locked 10400 with a B or H-series board which limits memory support. In the 10400F review, you can see W1zz tested it with DDR4-3200: https://www.techpowerup.com/review/intel-core-i5-10400f/
