This thread is made and posted to help you make your own tweaked operating systems OR if you are bored like me, you will be able to find ready made tweaked OS to play with ;)

Section 1:
Creating your own installation and custom OS

So, I have used nLite which helps you removing some windows features or include some others like Service Packs.
But, as far as I remember nLite does NOT support latest version of windows. Because of that limitation I searched and found that RT Se7en Lite can customize new OS as well.

Now, if you want a super tiny OS start by removing drivers and services regarding Internet, Lan, audio and others based on your needs.
But keep in mind to avoid removing important systems services to make your OS stable and efficient.

Some useful guides are made by Blackviper:
http://www.blackviper.com/category/guides/

With his help you can install a full OS and then start disabling services from windows.

On this point, I would like to ask you to post some tweaks you found that may helps improving performance. This way you help other become better as well.

Section 2: Part A
Ready made OS by BenchZowner

This sections is here to save you time. :D
I will include OS made by billpeppas (aka BenchZowner) and George_o/c.

Bill has made his own OS setups which are hosted on his website's ftp:

Yeap will make a different thread just for this ;)

Because for example 8800GT gains efficiency with 169.21 when it comes to 3dmark01 :)
So, a different thread is required.
