xtreme gaming engine not displaying correctly (all Versions)

Hi all, my Xtreme gaming software has decided to display incorrectly and can't seem to figure out what the problem is, I have included a screenshot of the software thanks.

Have you tried to uninstall and reinstall it? What troubleshooting have you done so far?

What OS and monitor do you have? What is that image poking through the windows backround? SOME information would be helpful.

Sorry for the late reply. Yes I have done a full " system reset " ( Windows 10 ) downloaded all new drivers for my Samsung 950 pro, did a clean install of the latest nvidia drivers, re downloaded my games from steam etc and re downloaded the gigabyte extreme engine software for overclocking etc and it's still doing the same thing as shown in the pic and can't overclock the card at all otherwise it crashes straight away and even non overclocked it has system clothes and occasionally crashes???

you have to make sure this box is checked, in the compatibility tab.
