Hello, i finally bought a Coolit vantage cooler, and my cpu went from idling at 40-50 degrees to strictly 30-38 degrees. (i know its insane)

Now i've come here to ask a question for a straight up answer on how i can overclock my cpu to 3.8-4ghz.

First i would like to know what to touch in my bios,, (i have an idea i am heading to bios to tweak the multipliers and voltage, but i need a 1-2-3 step on what to touch, what to disable, what to enable and so on.

My motherboard is the msi p55a fuzion, i was able to get it to auto-OC to 3.3ghz but it was running on ridiculous voltage, (1.3v). With 1.3v, my cpu was on idle at 70 degrees....i know its dangerous and disgusting. I believe my old fan was the issue and the thermal paste.
