It appears yet again I have hit another problem...:banghead:

First of the summer/Machine will not boot resets.

Change PSU fixes it for 2 weeks back again.

Change motherbord no fixing/back to old motherboard

Go water cooling Problem goes away...It appeared the CPU would got to hot on boot.

Memory keeps dieing/Over and Over

Change CPU Fixes issue. Only after 3 RMAs and buying a different set of DDR2

Restarts during downloading and high level of writing on the HDD

Replaced with Raid-0 problem goes away.

NOW

I get a blue screen Randomly Wind202U.sys. It looks like my USB Wi-Fi What the Hell:banghead:

This could drive a man to buy a PS3 and be done with it...............

my guess would be a shorted board bleeding off your voltage which causes overheating cpu (due to voltage) and memory fails due to same voltage issues.

this bleeding short could be taking out your power supply slowly over time so thats why it lasts for 2 weeks before the problem returns.

this would not be a direct short but a voltage bleed to ground from the board somewhere.

dont overlook the cpu cooler warping board enough to touch something or get close enough to get a spark. by what you describe, this could be your problem since it took time to show up.

on a Fx 62? then it might be overheating under the Heatspreader? Just guessing.

have you tried doing things one at a time. well at least your computer turns on.

try using one slot of ram and see if that runs. your cpu should be fine since you rma'd it like gazillion times. see if it loads up try each stick and maybe you might figure out which one works and which one doesn't. did you plug the usb1 and usb2 correctly and don't plug in all the cords just a mouse monitor and keyboard see whats up with that.
