Youtube videos lagging

When I alt-tab out of the game im currently playing (happens to be a game that has 99% GPU usage)
I can't watch youtube videos because they lag quite bad.

This doesn't seem to be the case with google chrome....
but with the browser I've been using for the past years, the problem is there. (firefox)

Any way to potentially fix this without having to migrate over to google chrome? I feel there's enough google in my life as it is lol

First thing I would try is disabling hardware acceleration in Firefox.

Rule 1: If your not using it turn it off stop trying to game and watch YT vids at the same time
Rule 2: Try Vivaldi it's chromium based but blocks all the google shit
Rule 3: Refer to rule 1

Are you running Windows 10 Build 2004 with the GPU scheduler enabled?

Because I enabled the GPU scheduler and this happens to me now.

"Rule 1" is stupid. There's no reason turn turn a game off every time you Alt+Tab out to do something else for a minute or two.

I've never ran into anything like the issue described, but I also never use Firefox. I usually use Opera or Chome, never cared for Firefox, it's slower, uses less RAM (which contrary to common belief is a bad thing), and I just generally dislike its UI by comparison.
