i would like upgrade the CPU of my gaming rig (i5-9600K + rtx2060 super + 1080p/144Hz)

I would like be able to undervolting the cpu

Can i do undervolting the cpu in these combo ?

MSI MAG B760 Tomahawk WiFi DDR4 + i5-13500
MSI PRO Z690-A WIFI DDR4 + i5-13500

I would go with the MSI MAG B760 Tomahawk WiFi DDR4 + i5-13500, but I would plan on upgrading the stock cooler at some point, as they can get very loud under load. The Z690 might need a BIOS update to get the 13500 to work in it.
