the best and only answer to dust i recon is a good blast out with compressed air every so often.. filters just destroy the air flow.. basically u need three times as many or three tines as powerfull and noisy fans to maintain a reasonable airflow with filters..

filters sound good but aint that good in reality..

well i own a Accelero X1 for my 7800gt, i liked it so much that i got a X2 for my X1800xt wich comes in soon, but the performance on my 7800gt was amazing, overclocked to 510core with a core voltmod, it never got above 52* wich is what it ran stock load with the stock cooler, but this is with a 110mhz overclock from the 400mhz 7800gt's come... this is also due to the fact of the amazing airflow in my case, you can see it in the case mods area, it is a lian li x1000, so the motherboard is on the other side upside down so the vid cards on top (kinda like btx but not). i have two 80mm fans blowing on the card so it always has fresh air, and one 120mm fan on top taking the x1's exausted air out... but i have a question, since the ac accelero series is closed in the plastic case, and only gets the air the fan blows on it, wouldnt the zalman work better for me becuase it would get a ton more air?

Well if you want a zalman you should go for a VF900 instead of a vf700. There are a lot of reviews that compare that one to an accelero.
