Need some advice, reviews, etc from you guys... I've been looking over NewEgg at prices and reviews for the Zalman VF900 copper VGA cooler that will fit my SAPPHIRE X800 GTO. Most of the reviews seem great, but mention that in order to auto control the fan speed, you need to sacrifice one of the fan control slots on your mobo, because the Zalman fan controller won't plug into the graphics card. Is there a way around this, or a splitter, etc that will enable me to leave my 2 case fans plugged to my mobo?

Also, if I just don't plug it in, will that run it at 100% all the time? If so, how significantly can I expect this to reduce the life of the fan?

Lastly, has anyone seen one of these for under $40?
