ZOTAC also displayed an upcoming socket LGA1155 motherboard based on Intel Z77 chipset, in the mini-ITX form-factor, which is geared for overclocking, that's right, overclocking. ZOTAC has, in the past, designed a similar motherboard based on the Z68 chipset. This mini-ITX board draws power from 24-pin ATX and 8-pin EPS connectors, it supports upcoming "Ivy Bridge" Unlocked LGA1155 Core processors out of the box.

The LGA1155 socket (LOTES Black, powder-coated to prevent shrinking when subjected to subzero cooling), is powered by an 8-phase VRM circuitry, complete with a feature-rich controller, Pulse-made inductors, and driverMOSFETs (DrMOS), and High-C capacitors. The DrMOS chips are cooled by a high-density heatsink that shares some of its heat with the heatsink over the Z77 PCH, over a heat pipe.

The CPU is wired to two DDR3 DIMM slots supporting dual-channel DDR3 memory. The lone expansion slot is a PCI-Express 3.0 x16. Storage connectivity includes two SATA 6 Gb/s, two SATA 3 Gb/s, and an mSATA slot (likely 3 Gb/s). Display connectivity only includes DVI and HDMI. General connectivity includes 8-channel HD audio, gigabit Ethernet, wireless b/g/n, and USB 3.0. This board will have a feature-rich UEFI BIOS.

You're not going to get very far with 114mm of CPU heatsink headroom, and mITX cases only get smaller.

Thats not a problem.

I have an H50 in there now, and its pretty good, would be able to sustain a 4.0 Ghz i750 at about 80C linpack if not for the board.

Ivy 4.5Ghz should not be out of the question.

Umm its all good for my lanbox (SG-07). I put a push-pull Antec kuhler 620 with no problems in that case and have a 2500k OCed to 4.2ghz with max temps at about 55C. I also have a GTX 570 in there, although that does get a little warm at around 78-82C.

nice setup man! Very similar to my lanbox although its in a SG-07 and i have a i5-2500k :) Also you might want to try having the radiator intake cool air into the case and using a more positive pressure airflow, I found it to be more effective.
