Not a massive amount, probably a couple fps. If this is a purchase decision just get the cheaper one and OC it yourself using something like Afterburner.

if u take MSI's GTS450 u are sure that it will work with adjusting voltage too in Afterburner, i dunno if Zotac's GTS450 supports that ^^;

All GTS 450 support voltage tuning; I have a reference based card and can reach 980mhz on the core and still temps are very good. To the OP: get the cheapest card and use MSI Afterburner to overclock it.
