Still wouldn't buy a GPU for that price... Not for gaming anyways. If they priced it at $599, it might trick my brain into thinking otherwise.

Well, to me that just means you REALLY got ripped off with Nvidia's pricing. As long as you're happy with your purchase I really don't care.

I was planning on getting a custom 290x once prices came down, but I couldn't resist. Looking forward to nearly twice the performance of my 670, and especially more VRAM.

Not a bad price for a pretty old card. Unfortunately it costs me $100 more in the US. Not really an upgrade from what I have either.

wow those prices still feel like a bargain to me when i got my asus dcu ii 780 for around 500$ from amazon, heh and we just got the R9 290X locally for 260BD which is about 690$
