The EGA Wonder 800 was a graphics card by ATI, launched in January 1987. Built on the 800 nm process, and based on the 16899-0 graphics processor, the card does not support DirectX. Since EGA Wonder 800 does not support DirectX 11 or DirectX 12, it might not be able to run all the latest games.
