The GeForce 9300M GS was a graphics card by NVIDIA, launched in June 2008. Built on the 65 nm process, and based on the G98 graphics processor, in its NB9M-GS variant, the card supports DirectX 11.1. The G98 graphics processor is a relatively small chip with a die area of only 86 mm² and 210 million transistors. It features 8 shading units, 8 texture mapping units and 4 ROPs. NVIDIA has placed 256 MB GDDR3 memory on the card, which are connected using a 64-bit memory interface. The GPU is operating at a frequency of 550 MHz, memory is running at 700 MHz.
