The GeForce GTS 150M was a graphics card by NVIDIA, launched in March 2009. Built on the 65 nm process, and based on the G94 graphics processor, in its N10E-GE1 variant, the card supports DirectX 11.1. The G94 graphics processor is an average sized chip with a die area of 240 mm² and 505 million transistors. It features 64 shading units, 32 texture mapping units and 16 ROPs. NVIDIA has placed 1,024 MB GDDR3 memory on the card, which are connected using a 256-bit memory interface. The GPU is operating at a frequency of 400 MHz, memory is running at 800 MHz.
Its power draw is rated at 45 W maximum. This device has no display connectivity, as it is not designed to have monitors connected to it. GeForce GTS 150M is connected to the rest of the system using a PCI-Express 2.0 x16 interface.
