The Jetson Nano GPU was a mobile integrated graphics solution by NVIDIA, launched in March 2019. Built on the 20 nm process, and based on the GM20B graphics processor, in its TM660M-A2 variant, the device supports DirectX 12. This ensures that all modern games will run on Jetson Nano GPU. Unlike the fully unlocked Switch GPU 20nm, which uses the same GPU but has all 256 shaders enabled, NVIDIA has disabled some shading units on the Jetson Nano GPU to reach the product's target shader count. It features 128 shading units, 16 texture mapping units, and 16 ROPs. The GPU is operating at a frequency of 640 MHz, which can be boosted up to 921 MHz.
Its power draw is rated at 10 W maximum. The card measures 70 mm in length, 45 mm in width, and features a igp cooling solution.
